The strategic locality of the Palace Panel & Paint premises in Mount Edgecombe, which is a fast-growing hub for many corporate and retail industries, enables us to service all outer lying areas in the north of Durban including Phoenix, Umhlanga, La Lucia, Durban North, Mount Edgecombe, Verulam, Tongaat and even Ballito. But we are still close enough to inner Durban to be within easy reach for clients living or working in these areas as well.
The Palace Panel & Paint premises have been custom designed and built to take the business into the future.
Customers are welcomed into the upmarket and comfortable reception area, where they can wait in style and comfort with a cup of coffee in hand. The repair shop which is spacious, light, neat and well-organised - features leading environmentally-friendly technology such as the latest extraction and dust filtration systems. The company also now uses exclusively water-based paints.
The latest computerised measuring system has been installed to ensure cars are repaired to 100% factory specifications. All the repair and spray-painting facilities meet the required standards for all industry quality accreditations and factory approvals, which means customers can have absolute confidence in the work done on their vehicles.

Palace Panel & Paint is a leading player in the panel beating business with a reputation as a quality specialist in the field. In September 2011 Palace Panel & Paint expanded to offer an even better service with the opening of its brand new, state of-the-art premises at 60 Marshall Drive in Mount Edgecombe. Established in 1998 and owned by Clifford Christian, Palace Panel & Paint specialises in panel beating, chassis straightening and spray painting. The company is driven by the desire to deliver the best - and its sparkling workshop and offices reflect this continued commitment to quality.
Our premises feature the very latest proven technology in the business, plus ample workspace. We can therefore assist more customers without compromising on the industry-leading quality that we have become known for.

ACCREDITATION
Over the last few years the technology in car manufacturing has improved significantly, with the use of stronger materials, among other advancements. Cars are now manufactured to be stronger and faster. With this evolvement in the materials that are now used and the manufacturing process, panel beaters also need to be evolved, educated and qualified in order to repair these new, high standard vehicles. The kinds of materials used, like steel and aluminium, need to be repaired correctly; a bad repair could compromise the safety of your vehicle in a possible collision and most importantly, the safety of yourself and your entire family.
The Collision Repairers Association (CRA) is an organisation that promotes panel beaters and repair shops to maintain and deliver a high standard and world class service to all their clients, ensuring that the risks involved in a possible future collision is minimal. If a panel beater or repair shop is a member of the CRA, they will have the CRA logo placed in their shop and/or on their website, proving to potential clients that their safety is a priority.

Our services are OEM quality. We use the latest computerized technology to mix our paints. Based on the VIN, we are able to not only accurately identify the paint colour, but also estimate the amount of fading caused by sun damage over time. This ensures the paint match is as accurate as possible, avoiding any major contrast differences when installed.
All of our paint jobs are done at a state of the art professional painting facility using the latest mixing, spraying, and drying technologies. You can feel confident in knowing that your factory-approved aftermarket part will be professionally painted.
